Everyone enjoys being a guest at a party, especially a party where it appears every detail has been agonized over until it is picture perfect. Fernie Fine Foods can help make that a reality in your own home.

At an initial consultation where general feel and theme of the party is discussed, Fernie Fine Foods will create a menu of stationary and passed hors d’oeuvres, delectable pieces of art that will impress your finickiest guest.

Depending on your requirements, we will arrange for necessary staff to serve and clean so you can relax and feel like a guest. They are professionally trained, courteous and efficient, making certain the evening runs smoothly in and out of the kitchen.

The day of the party, while you are getting ready to enjoy the evening we will be in the kitchen making sure that all details are looked after. The chef takes charge of preparing and plating the menu while the staff presents to your guests exquisitely created hors d’oeuvres. We’ll use either your favourite serving pieces or we can provide simple yet elegant serving pieces from our own collection.

Before we leave we will ensure that all is tidy and back in it’s place so when you wake up the next day you won’t have much to worry about except your first cup of coffee.
