The relaxed atmosphere of your own home, where you can kick back in front of the fireplace or let loose and swing from the chandelier is a great alternative and doesn’t have to cost more than dining out.

After a brief consultation I will create a menu tailored to you and your guests personal preferences. Choosing from exotic, globally inspired flavours to home-style comfort foods the meal will be designed to reflect your tastes and lifestyle. It can be as elaborate or as simple as you like, the menu is created specifically for you, the point is you get a gourmet meal in your home without leaving your home.

Available for family gatherings or corporate functions, large events or small and intimate get-togethers, each event is special and unique to Fernie Fine Foods and will be treated as such. Food shopping and preparation, even table service is executed with the knowledge and understanding of proper food handling and storage.

Your chef will arrive ready to cook and present a fabulous gourmet meal. Handling up to 6 people solo, the cooking, serving and cleaning up will all be taken care of so you can sit back and enjoy your friends. More than 6 guests would require more attention, therefore a professionally trained service staff would accompany the chef to ensure the evening is perfect and you don’t have to worry about a single detail.
